"Nice hotel with super convenient access."

"It’s always a great experience staying at this property. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The only disappointment I had this time was the room they gave me. It was room #131. It wasn’t to my standards like the other previous rooms I have stayed in. The restroom sink was clogged up the water didn’t flow well and it had stains. The restroom floor was also stained and since it’s the type of flooring that you glue down it was ugly. Needs to be replaced. Other than that everything else was good. "

"The staff were excellent. They took care of everything quickly and they accommodated all our requests for early checkin and a roll away bed. The location was great, really close to downtown and it's got come charm. The facilities in the queen chalet could use refreshing and updating. "
