We only knew there were people in there because the people came to lock the door (understandable). Because of that, we were offered an upgraded room. The room was clean and comfortable. I am a bit picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and this room passed my expectations. My fiancé and I both agree that we would go back to the Novotel again. "
