« Plenty of room for two couples to spread out. We loved the patio and fire pit. Quick walk to downtown. Safe area. The sitting room and fireplace was lovely for morning coffee. Loved to read about the history of this place. Street noise is a minor nuisance but a noise machine solved that at night. We would stay again. »

« We stayed here while visiting family and it was a comfortable spot to relax in after a day of activities. The back yard was securely fenced in for our dog, and our toddler loved running around. We had everything we needed to prep our groceries for meals and snacks. The street outside is mildly busy, but there is a back entrance to the driveway that made it safer to move kids and animals in and out. »

« Ruth's Cottage is as advertised - a charming farmhouse which has plenty of vintage touches AND is comfortable, cozy, and with all the amenities one needs. And its location can't be beat - just a short walk to downtown Carlton, an easy drive to McMinnville, and convenient access to everything that Willamette Valley wine country has to offer. « This was a gathering of grandparents, parents, two young grandchildren, and a little dog. The house accommodated all of us. Location was great for walking downtown, and checking out various holiday events. A positive experience for all involved. »

« We had an excellent time! Sheets were spotless and everything was laid out for us. Unfortunately, the master bathroom toilet was running when we arrived and was not operational during our stay. The management company was responsive and offered to send someone over on the weekend to fix the toilet and some of the other minor issues we encountered. We had a great stay! »

« The house was great and had everything thay we needed for the week we were there. It was lovely being so close to the park! My only complaint was the main road the bordered the backyard; it was very noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise it's a great place to stay! »

The friends who stayed with us are extremely picky and agreed it was amazing.
