Delightful Villa on the beautiful Casas del Sol site in a superb location

Fully refurbished and modernised villa set in mature landscaped gardens on the Casas Del Sol complex which occupies a prime location opposite the Playa Blanca fishing harbour. Several beaches are within a short walk, the closest being just a few minutes stroll past the local shops, bars and restaurants along the Playa Blanca promenade. With this convenient location a car is not necessary. The villa comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen diner and comfortable lounge with English TV, DVD player, radio & CD stereo system. The villa opens onto a large, secluded, private south facing terrace ideal for relaxing sunbathing and alfresco dining. The complex boasts a large heated pool plus use of two tennis courts and boule pit. Free WiFi access with superfast Internet is provided in the villa and is also available in the central reception building.

Gem of a villa
We had a fantastic stay at villa 10a Cassa del Sol. The villa is clean, tidy and well equipped. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot but within 2-3 minutes of the pool. The pool is great and never felt over crowded. The complex is in an excellent location, easy walking distance from the main town and beaches. Would highly recommend and will definitely return if we make it back to Playa Blanca 😊

Great little villa
Communication with Andy was easy and we were allowed to collect the keys a lot earlier which was great, as we arrived mid morning. The villa is lovely and extremely well equipped. The entire complex is beautiful, very well looked after and most importantly (for us) quiet. This was our 5th visit to Playa Blanca and the villa couldn’t have been more central. All amenities are within a few minutes walk.

Just perfect
We have stayed at this property before, it is lovely and clean and perfect for 2 or 4 people. It is on a beautiful complex which is very clean with lovely gardens. The pool area is superb. The location is perfect for walking down to the sea front where there are numerous restaurants and bars. Or walking further afield. Would highly recommend.

A perfect holiday villa
I find it very difficult to find any negatives with this villa. On a lovely small complex with pristine grounds. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and in an ideal position in Playa Blanca. Only a few hundred metres from the bars and restaurants. Good communication with the owner who provided comprehensive instructions on all aspects ie key collection, washing machine,TV etc. Large communal swimming pool with life guard, always sunbeds and umbrellas available. Front secluded patio of villa got sun all day. This villa was privately owned but nothing was too much trouble for the staff on the complex. Villa cleaned twice a week. Highly recommend this villa and hopefully will be going back.

Family time
Just departed from having the most fantastic stay in Playa Blanca. Our villawas just perfect. It had everything we needed for our holiday, and was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting daily provisions from the local SPAR, to then finding plenty of places to eat and chill out in the evening. I would 100% recommend staying here. Andrew’s communications were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Lovely well equipped villa
A perfect location,villa well maintained and well equipped. Disappointed no mosquitoe nets at bedroom windows and the ceiling fans in bed rooms were not effective. Stayed during a heatwave but had to sleep with closed windows due to getting bitten so had very little sleep.would recommend this villa to anyone when it is bit cooler.

We were very pleased with the complex and the property. The complex is in an excellent position, very close to restaurants and bars. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. The pool area was very well presented, the lifeguards were pleasant and kept the pool clean. There were lots of sunbeds available. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this complex.

Lovely Villa

Can not fault this place!
Great location, right in the middle of everything but very peaceful. Only a couple of minutes walk either way to the promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Only around a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Flamingo beach. The villa was lovely and had everything we needed with a beautiful very private garden and terrace. Lovely heated pool, stunning communal gardens and everywhere where was spotless throughout the whole complex. The WiFi was excellent. We would definitely book to stay at 10a Casas Del Sol again and can recommend to everyone.

Lovely villa in great location

A fantastic experience at this villa and complex. The villa was perfect for us and our 2 small children (6 months and 3 years old). Communication prior to stay was excellent and the villa was a beautiful home from home. Perfect location to get into Playa Blanca being just a short stroll- 5 minutes. The pool was a hit with our 3 year old, especially the children’s pool which he loved to play in during the day. An amazing holiday for us all made by the ‘villa house’ as our 3 year old named it.

Top notch!
My friend and I spent a super-relaxing week in this lovely villa, and really didn't want to leave. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is spotlessly clean. The Casas del Sol complex is delightful, with the most beautiful well-kept gardens and a lovely seawater pool, and within easy reach of all of Playa Blanca. No car necessary. Andy, the owner, was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. All in all I cannot recommend this too highly - and can't wait to come back!

Lovely quiet location on the complex
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 10A Case del Sol. The property was nicely presented with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen had a wide range of equipment which enabled us to cook during our visit. The outside space was a real suntrap and on the days it did not rain it was superb. The pool and surroundings were beautifully kept and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Fantastic family holiday in a beautiful location!
We spent a week in the villa at Casas del Sol. Its the third time we've stayed at the complex and were delighted with how well equipped it was & the location of the bungalow. It was spacious with lovely furnishings. The villa was really quiet day & night. The fans were very useful during our stay as it was mid to high 30's most days. Prior to our visit we had lots of information from the owner & the staff on reception couldn't do enough to help whilst we were there. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

This was a lovely villa, it had absolutely everything you would need to make your stay a happy one. The villa was very clean upon arrival and in the perfect location, very private and very very peaceful. We love Casas del Sol, but think this is the best villa we have stayed in so far. We hope to be back next year. The other half has just said we will never get in again after the above review. 😁😂

Great villa in great location
Casas del Sol is in a great location in Playa Blanca and this villa is in a brilliant position in Casas. The villa is south facing and the large patio meant that we had sun from early morning until late evening, When we wanted to retreat from the sun the large canopy provided loads of shade. All in all a great place where we had a great holiday.

Lovely villa on a peaceful site
We had a lovely week here, the weather was sunny and dry, perfect for an April getaway. The villa is in a perfect, private location on Casas del Sol, the only person to pass our villa all week was the gardener! The site is quiet, with a lovely pool and very friendly helpful staff. The villa is very well equipped, clean, well furnished and has two bathrooms and comfy beds, always a bonus! The site is near the working port and within easy walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended
