"We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. "

"Don't go! Avoid like the plague. The facility is super old. While they try their best to clean, it is still disgusting. People smoke in the hall and are noisy. The mattress was hard as a rock. Just, NO! Never again!"
