"My granddaughter turned 15 and wanted to celebrate with a couple of her friends. We had an amazing time! This property is incredible...the pool area is awesome, food was very good, and the staff was very customer service oriented. We reserved two rooms, one for my 15-year-old granddaughter and two of her friends to celebrate her birthday, and my husband and two other granddaughters (both 8) were in the room next to them. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely return in the future. Thanks, Hyatt, for a wonderful experience!!"

"Very nice hotel but inconvenient parking, we witnessed someone drunkenly hit several cars in the attached parking garage (which is not technically associated with the hotel, but is the most convenient location. And the parking was very expensive"

"What a nice discovery! This place is just outside the city but ten minutes or less by car to the downtown area and Fredrik Meijer Gardens, as well as a number of nice restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. There's a good on-site breakfast, too. Highly recommended."

"Rather than drive to my destination, found hotel on the way. Welcomed with a room upgrade. Heater fired up and room was toasty warm in minutes. Slept like a log. Only coffee at breakfast, but pot was fresh and tasty. Cheerful clerk at checkout also. Good basic hospitality."
