"Arrived July 8 - no remote for the ceiling fan. Sent an email at 4:45 pm - no response. Called maintenance hotline at 8:17 pm - were told there was a portable fan in the unit, I informed them there was not. They said the earliest they could get us a fan was the next morning. Sent another email at 12:21 pm on July 9th asking when it would be brought by. We left at 1:45 pm - still no fan. 90 degrees both these days. "We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and had a lovely time. The place is actually better than the pictures. Nice kitchen, good bathroom, bed were good enough (although might need replacing some tome soon). The balcony is lovely in the morning for breakfast amd the garden is great for drinks and lazing around. Swimming in the lake is great! The only down side was the neighbours macross the road making a noise."
