"Internet in the room was 100 percent inoperable and the only solution they could come up with was for me to do my work in the lobby. I left as soon as possible I got out and drove for another 4 hours (250 miles) to my final destination in Nashville after already being on the road for 500 miles. Not at all what I wanted or expected to do! The internet inoperability and the lack of real action to correct the problem or work around it for a client is inexcusable."

"This was a last minute decision and it was a good one! The room was comfortable and clean. The only drawback, no elevator to the second floor! We had to push the luggage cart up two flights of a steep ramp. A staff member felt bad for us and ran over to help push it up the ramps. I would stay here again, but ask for 1st floor or the 3 rd that actually had an elevator."
