"This was the perfect stay for what we needed. It was what we expected. The pictures are very accurate. Highly recommend the garage parking. Easy access to room from garage. The T is super close which makes travel around the city super convenient. Would stay at the same location again but would try to request a room with a view of the harbor/city. "
"Very kid friendly for an upscale hotel."
"We had a lovely stay here. Beautiful spa that we took advantage of even though we didn’t book an appointment. Very welcoming and helpful staff. In the heart of boston. will be back! "
"The room I viewed when I booked, looked nothing like the room I received. The window was beautiful but only had a view of the next building (could not see a thing else). Like because of the shape you couldn’t even see the motion of downtown Boston. We had to request new face towels as soon as we got to the room, the ones already in the bathroom looked a little dirty. Other than that the hotel is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming! Valet was amazing even in the cold! "
"Great location. "
