"Great customer service on the phone and at check in, room was older but clean and cozy. You can tell the staff cares about the guest experience. As a bonus, it's directly across the street from the FDR historic site, so I was able to get a ticket for the first tour of the day. I highly recommend staying here if you're on a budget but want to experience the area"

Colin, the manager on duty, even upgraded me—for free—to a room of the same level. The whole process was seamless, and their hospitality really stood out.
