"I needed a little getaway, I found this hotel,The price was good. the reviews were good,so I Booked it.The moment I entered the room I was impressed,it had every thing I needed, the little kitchen was perfect,was able to warm up food and keep things cold.The bed was comfortable Didn’t explore the area this trip but I know I will return,I only have one complaint, the barking dog that was next door 😮maybe my next trip I will book a balcony room.and hope there will not be a barking dog...

"A comfortable hotel in a great location for a great price. The room was small, but that was fine, since I was by myself. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, as it's walking distance to all kinds of shopping, bars, and restaurants. And parking is right across the street."

"The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price."

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "

"We were there for the NFC championship game and although Albert, the bartender was working as hard as he can, the bar restaurant area was very under staff for the amount of people that were in the hotel that night. Would’ve thought it would’ve been better staff, knowing what possibly would happen at the end of the game"

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The 24hr shuttle service was really great when I needed a ride late at night. Made my flight getting cancelled and unable to get home more tolerable. Thank you! "

"Great roomy bedrooms. Very comfy beds, slept great. A coffee maker in the room and paper towels in the kitchen would have been nice. Roof area was nice. Employees friendly. Could also use some area rugs to reduce noise. Noisy neighbors upstairs and on 5th floor. Probably would request 7th floor next time."
