Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! "Great stay. Lots of stairs.Street parkjng unless you have a sub compact vehicle.Close to beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, transportation.Best for a couple or single person. Studio style with sleeping nook holding a queen size bed, and couch as sleeping options.Nice to have a full kitchen and washer dryer.Overall excellent place at the beach!-Amelia"

"The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space."
