"We stayed at the Mill Creek River House for a weekend after Christmas as a family getaway before we all headed our different ways. The house was perfect - nicely furnished, clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. The porch and hot tub were awesome and the view of the marsh is beautiful and very peaceful. So many birds! We loved this house and hope to return - maybe with our dogs next time since the house is well set up with a fenced in yard, a doggie door and even a dog washing station! "

"This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room, the house was very clean, and the location gave us a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of the lacrosse tournament. The owner was responsive and fantastic. I think my favorite part was getting to listen to the bay noise at night while going to sleep. Extremely peaceful. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again when we are back in the area."

"Foxtail house is a comfortable, spacious and peaceful retreat. Located on a stunning section of tidal river you will find yourself mesmerized by the wildlife, bird song and the play of light on the marsh grasses. We were a group of 6 family members attending a days long memorial gathering and we were very thankful to be able to return to such a lovely home at the end of the day. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, several indoor and outdoor gathering spots as well as bedrooms well...

This was way more than we expected, as the deck was the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with a beautiful breeze and bright sunshine. Super comfortable beds, and ample space for the kids. Would stay again, for sure! "
