Filthy, they never came in to clean the 5 days i was there.I wasnt there at time for check out (at work) went back to office when i arrived they had put my things in a trash bag. "Nice place. Would be a little small for more than 4 people. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available. The seating in the living room could be better. There's only one couch for sitting. There's 2 small dining tables - one in the living room - but they wouldn't be comfortable for any length of time. One bedroom doesn't have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Otherwise it's a great little place for a short stay. "
