"It was just like discribed.V Very secluded and private with everything you need but your food and drink. We were going to go sight seeing but the property was so beautiful that we decided to just stay on the back porch and cook steaks. Had an excellent time just me and my wife on our anniversary. Cant wait to come back."

"Your property was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we were hoping for!!! It was nice and clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The only two things were we couldn’t get connected to the WiFi so had no cell service. Sunday morning we rebooted the WiFi and was able to connect. People need to be aware of the driveway…we have a 4x4 truck so we had no problem, but my son had issues in his car. Thanks again for sharing your home and allowing us to have a great getaway weekend!!"

"14 of us ranging from teens to adults stayed for 4 nights for our annual sxs trip. We rode at Buffalo wilderness rider which is about 20 mins away but we hauled our trailers and rides there since it was mostly highway miles. This house has soooo much space!! It’s even bigger in person than in the pictures and there is plenty of bed space for everyone! The living room and kitchen are large and wide open. The outdoor space was great as well. "The three Goetz siblings and their extended family of 18 total slept comfortably at the Perch! Beautiful view of Horseshoe Canyon! Near to the Buffalo River and Lost Valley Trail plus others. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals. Spacious dining tables for eating and games! Outdoor fire pit was lovely! Very clean and well kept facility. Would highly recommend! Communication with the host was quick and easy!"

"The property was beautiful and secluded, very clean had surprisingly good cell service while there. The cabin had everything we needed for a weekend stay, and the owner was very communicative. I may note that the driveway is about a mile long, and is gravel so if you stay after a real heavy rain then you may want to take it easy down it in case of a few small potholes, but nothing serious. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The cabin was absolutely amazing!!! It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable!! The owners lived next door but not ontop of you and were easy to contact. We were very close to most if the places we wanted to go see. I would definitely recommend to anyone pets because they csn go outside without leashes because we weren't near the highway."

"The property was easy to find for us as we had been in the area several times before. It was secluded with lots of great scenery to look at when outside. Plenty of space everywhere. Comfortable beds and sofas. very clean. Gas stove was a bit tricky since it has been many years since using one. Good storage, kitchen was nicely stocked. It was a perfect place for us to stay. "Went for the weekend with my daughter. The camper was big, easy to get to location. Not that far from our hiking trails and the dogs on the property are cute and friendly. Overall good stay"
