I just had to spend the night on my way from Denmark to Berlin and for that it was perfect. But there was a constant noice from some sort og machinery, so if you are sensitive to that, it is good to know.

Double payment
I booked and payed extra via Hotels.com for a 3 person room, after the stay i had to pay 30€ extra to the hotel for the extra bed. So the total price for the bed ended up at 55€. According to hotels.com the first 25 Euro was for the right to sleep 3 in the room and the last 30 for renting the bed... After this strange double payment ill stop using hotels.com and begin to book directly at the hotels so i am sure to get what i pay for. The third bed was with springs broken and in poor condition. Most of the facilities in the hotel including the indoor skiing were closed.

The hotel gym needs more flexible opening hours!
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied - the room was spacious and clean although the pillow was way to soft for my liking. The a la carte menu as well as breakfast buffet was fine. However, it's a major minus that the hotel gym didn't open until 9am - I believe it said 8am on the door, but that's a mistake, I guess. When checking at the reception if I could use it earlier, I was informed that it wasn't possible due to cleaning. Nobody cleans a hotel gym at 6am...

Auf dem ersten Blick war das Zimmer sehr schön. Was nur lustig ist, ist dass das Drei-Bett-Zimmer und das Delux-Doppelzimmer das gleiche ist, aber teurer als wenn man sich zu zweit das Drei-Bett-Zimmer holt. Wenn man genauer hingeschaut hat, sah es so aus, als ob das Zimmer mehrere Wochen unbenutzt und dementsprechend ungeputzt ist. Staubschichten auf dem Fernseher, die Fernbedienung klebte, als ob dort Cola drüber ausgekippt wäre, im Bad waren Haare, die Badewanne war komplett sandig. Die Fugen in der Dusche/Badewanne fingen an zu schimmeln. Also grundsätzlich die Sauberkeit hat Luft nach oben. Die Matrazen waren durchgelegen. Ich lag in einer Kuhle und hatte schon gemerkt im Halbschlaf, dass ich mich im Schlaf nicht selbstständig drehen werde. So war es auch, ich bin mit einem steifen Rücken aufgewacht, was zum Skifahren nicht so von Vorteil ist. Sämtliche Hotelmitarbeiter waren zwar freundlich, aber begrüßen und verabschieden nicht, bzw. beim Auschecken wurden wir nicht gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war oder sonst irgendwas. Hat nichts mit dem Hotel direkt zu tun, allerdings gut zu wissen: Das Abendessen hatten wir über das Combiticket von der Skihalle, dass kann ich auf gar kein Fall empfehlen. Dieses war kalt und 2 von 3 Gerichte waren leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Abendessen war von 18:30-21:00 Uhr und wenn ich um 19 Uhr dahin gehe, erwarte ich schon, dass es noch aufgefüllt wird, bzw. in irgendeiner Art und Weise warm gehalten wird.

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt sehr verwohnt. Die Dusche im Bad des Zimmers hatte schwarzen Schimmel. Der Saunabereich ist nicht sehr einladend. Bademantel und Saunatuch müssen extra angefragt und gezahlt werden. Das Personal wirkt teilweise etwas überfordert, ist aber bemüht und freundlich. Die Speisen im Restaurant sind gut, die Auswahl könnte gerne für jeden Geldbeutel etwas größer sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Das Hotel ist lediglich bei Nutzung des dazugehörigen Alpincenters zu empfehlen.

Preislich gut, aber Schwächen…
Nun ja: sehr gute Rate gehabt, von daher eigentlich nicht viel zu meckern. Leider sind die Matratzen entweder sehr durchgelegen oder einfach viel zu weich. Das habe ich lange nicht mehr so erlebt in Hotels. Eigentlich ein netter Saunabereich, aber es wäre schon schön, wenn man dann auch Badetücher gäbe.
