"We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway. "

"Five large bedrooms with 3.5 baths accommodate large groups well. Gathering spaces on main floor and lower level, each with TV, allow for differing program viewing preferences. Hot tub and game room are fun additions to entertainment! Kitchen is well-stocked. Location is excellent, close to large grocery store, downtown Fraser, and a very quick drive to Winter Park ski resort to south, and to north, to cross country ski and snow shoe facilities."

"The property was very nice. Everything we needed was available. The property’s customer service was very responsive. We lost hot water on the last day. The maintenance man was unable to fix it but the property management gave us a more than fair credit for the inconvenience. "
