Great property and location
We came in town for a quick visit to Winter Park and were not disappointed with this property. It was well appointed, plenty of room and the condo was very clean. Everything was as advertised! The location was in the heart of town so just a short walk to shops and restaurants and short drive to lots of hiking trails. I would stay here again no question.

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. The layout works great for families with kids or couples as bedrooms are on two separate ends and have separate, spacious bathrooms. Condo is fully equipped, pleasantly decorated and located in short distance to shops and restaurants.

I was in town for a work trip with added recreation. Winter Park is always a great place to visit. I’ve stayed in the building before and enjoy the proximity to local activities and a grocery store within walking distance. This unit is well appointed with higher end amenities I enjoy expecting. From a comfortable bed to a working Keurig and powered window shades, the owner has added both big and small impactful touches to their home. I highly recommend.

Fantastic condo
Loved proximity to main part of the city. Clean, very nice condo with everything we needed. We were there for sons wedding weekend and shared the condo with sin, wife and 1 year old baby....perfect place for us! We had a hickup with codes entering as we were there half hour early, but the o×ner helped us out tremendously. Would love to get back for a week long vacay next year.

Wonderful stay!
We can’t say enough about this wonderful property. There are rentals that feel like rentals and then there are ones like this — where you can tell the owner really cares, and has put a lot of thought into making it a top notch stay. The building’s hot tub is wonderful. We enjoyed being walking distance to the grocery stores and lots of shops and eateries. And the unit itself is beautiful, fully-stocked with everything you need, great tech like automatic shades and locks, and has great linens & comfortable beds. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property great for a family.
Close to hiking and summer activities. Great restaurants near by. The underground parking with a dedicated spot right next to the elevator is handy. The condo has fans but no AC. I suspect most of the year this isn’t a big deal. But the interior condo temp did reach 78 a few days. There was a mix up with the host on the duration of our stay. We lost access to the digital keys for a couple hours. The host resolved the issue and we had no further problems. We would stay at this location again.

Perfect Location/Property Management Poor
The property was in a great location and was newish and cute. Unit was less than clean and was not well stocked. Had to go buy our own TP and Kleenex after texting the management company to ask for supplies only to be told where the grocery store is! Bed was comfortable but duvet had old blood stains on it. Long black hair found in freezer. Too bad because it was a really cute unit in a great part of town- close to all the things!

Loved it but the fans!!!
So I give this place the highest rating but oh lord the fans!! Need to get an electrician in to make sure the fans are not all on the same frequency! We would absolutely stay here again but we all sleep with fans on and every time we would turn on a fan the lights would come on in the other room. So we would be asleep and our daughter would turn on her fan and our bedroom lights would come on. Pretty jarring! So everything else is amazing but that. Also note there is no bathtub in the rooms. We had a one year old and we’re pretty lucky that he discovered he really likes showers. 🤣🤣
