The staff there were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean but the beds were so uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping because the heat unit was so loud. People were screaming in the halls at 4am. The side door to leave the hotel was off the hinges. Breakfast was okay but there was a limit on how many pieces of food one could eat.

The elevator is a little rickety, but the property is very nice and clean. Staff in the lobby were very kind and friendly, and the coffee bar is great!

Staff I came into contact with were pleasant, helpful and seemed happy to help. Breakfast was awesome, our room was very clean and the pool & gym were nice. I do wish we had a microwave in our room and one of the elevators was out of order, but it didn't make any difference for us because we used the stairs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is our choice hotel while visiting our son at Wake Forest. This was the first time we had an issue with our reservation. It was cancelled somehow. Still not sure who is responsible. Terrance the manager at the hotel was helpful in securing a room for us. Breakfast was delightful as always. Staff is very friendly. Walking distance to Allegacy Stadium.

Best service and cleanest hotel on our trip.

This room was part of a journey with other hotels along the way, and it was by far our best stay. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and the service was phenomenal.
