"Room was great, location and restaurants are great. Only thing on checking out was the room keys expire or turn off at 11am. The elevator won’t work and we were stuck on the third floor, had to track down staff to get them to trigger the elevator doors. It was 11:05am. Very frustration when we have all our things including a 7 month old with stroller and hands full. "
