"We loved our stay here. The location is perfect for what we needed. There are places to eat everywhere you go and the shopping is endless. Unless you have a lot of money the immediate area may not be the place for you to shop. Löhrstrasse is only a few minutes walk and the shopping there is endless, without vehicular traffic, and you can find real bargains there. A Hugh house with TV room, lounge to look at the city views, modern kitchen with everything required to cook in at home, large bedrooms with the best sheets and bed is ultra comfy. Everything was immaculate and extremely clean. 10 out 10 does not justify the score. Give it a 20 out 10."

"Very apartment was clean and quiet. A full kitchen to cook in and a patio to relax at. The check in process was easy and host was nearby if we had any issues. It was near town for restaurants and local tourist attractions. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone."

"This is a light and comfortable apartment with good views of the castle and vines from the seating area outside. Large bed and two wonderful showers! The kitchen was well equipped for self catering with saucepans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle etc. A few more mugs and glasses would be useful. We had a very relaxing stay here in Alken and are hoping to return next year."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was also really spacious and filled with light. The kitchen had lots of necessities so that you could cook a meal. There was an Aldi right next door which was really convenient. We had a car which worked out well since there wasn’t any easy way to get to the main train station via public transportation. "

Die umgebung ist wunderschön mit viel Natur zum Wandern und spazieren gehen. Sehr zu empfehlen, hier kann man sich richtig Wohl fühlen! Man sollte aber tatsächlich mit dem Auto anreisen, da das Haus etwas ab vom Schuss ist. Zum Nürburgring sind wir je nach Verkehrslage zwischen 20 und 30 Minuten gefahren....

"I have stayed in a few B&B hotels. And walking distance to the town center. A bit scary at night in the area. Rooms are clean and breakfast is OK. For a short over night stay to explore the city It is OK. Plenty of parking, even though when i got there, there wasn't many left. "
