« very comfortable room and QUIET property, which I loved. Beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept so good! My ONLY complaint, is that the fireplace cant be on for long before making the room feel like a sauna, and there is no way to turn town the flames. And the thermostat was a little hard to figure out how to manage the room temperature, even WITH the instructions provided. But not a huge deal. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back. »

« We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). « This little house was absolutely lovely! The views are amazing - you are literally right on the cliffside and have a view of the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. It's got a decent kitchen, and a great bathtub. It's also only 2 miles from Pt Cabrillo lighthouse, so you can easily walk there. Great stargazing, too. One of the best places I've stayed! »

Swimming in the beautiful pool was a treat and hearing the neighbor's roosters & chickens were a delight. Bonus for the cute cows next door too. It was clean, modern and comfortable.
