"We loved this place as soon as we set our eyes on it, both from the outside and the inside. Plenty of space in all rooms and everything else that you'd need, from wood to make a fire to a few biscuits and tea. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Lovely grounds too. Not too far from the hills for walking or visiting nearby villages and towns. Plenty of local walks too. The pub up the road, The Butchers Arms serves excellent food as well as drinks. "We had the most marvelous time at this property. We were met by cherrie hosts Who helped us navigate their tricky entrance. The cottage is absolutely wonderful. They had milk, cookies, and chocolate poundcake waiting for us. The accommodations were modern and very clean and functional.
