"Firstly, Stephen at front desk was phenomenal from start to finish. He didn’t know it at the time, but I actually re booked a stay at this hotel because of the service he provided along with the staff. Radika and Kevin at the restaurant were incredibly accommodating and were constantly eager to make sure I was doing well. The Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Tampa

"I was worried after seeing recent reviews of this hotel, but since most of them weren’t on a site that verifies that the writer actually stayed here, I’m assuming there is a disgruntled former employee or something or the sort. Anyway! The property IS older. It has a few quirks. However, the lobby was spotless and inviting, the staff was kind and helpful, our room was clean, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. The view leaves something to be desired but we were in town for hockey and had no need for a great view, otherwise we would have booked elsewhere. We used the airport shuttle and the driver was quick and courteous. Bottom line, if you need a clean, comfy place to stay for a couple nights, pick this hotel and ignore the dubious reviews. "
