"We didn't actually stay here because the host never responded to more than 2 weeks of communication by my and Vrbo.I reached out to extend the stay a day. No response for 5 straight days of messages. Vrbo emailed and called them multiple times with no response. I followed up with calls, messages, and even finding them on LinkedIn.Still no response, even after the trip date came and went. 0/10, do not recommend as this host is approving trips but is utterly non-responsive. "

"What a great place. Owners are outstanding with communication and truly welcoming. They made check-in and check out extremely easy. The home was fantastic and the layout of very accommodating for a family. The back deck is perfect for casual time outside, open living room and kitchen floor plan keeps the family together, and plenty of items to keep the family entertained to include electronic games, ping pong, and table games. Great location within access to all that Birmingham has to offer. ...

"Casa Paloma was the centerpiece of our family holiday gathering. We traveled near and far to celebrate and this rental did not disappoint! Stylish decor and comfortable accommodations were key in this location. So many added kitchen conveniences tastefully added to our entertaining and meal preparations. Cleanliness at the highest level. More than ample parking on a quiet cul de sac near restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this location and would definitely visit again! Thank you...

"Nice older house with lots of room for sleeping in a great part of Birmingham. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only downside was steep driveway/stairs getting up to house but worked out great once we were there. "

"Beautiful, peaceful, quiet!! Everything you could want in a vacation rental. The view is wonderful! Beautiful fall colors! The woods come alive at night with wildlife! Deer, raccoons, chipmunks, beavers. Just a lovely home, inside and out! Host was very easy to communicate with and checked with us during the week. We loved our stay!"
