"Were allowed to check in early at no cost! I reckon like its 2pm but check in was supposed to be 4pm... free shuttlesto airport. Maybe , would have been better if i was reminded (email maybe) that theres a shuttle from airport ro hotel, i would have saved taxi fare."

"The rooms are small but efficiently designed. Very close to Pershing square metro stop and grand central market. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Loved being able to control everything from I pad."

"Clean, nice comfortable rooms and everyone from the transportation, to front desk, security, housekeeping all of them very polite and professionals."

"Clean, well equipped, spacious room with fridge and coffee machine. Comfortable bed, good friendly service at the desk. Close bus stops within 3 blocks. My only problem was the coffee machine leaked water when not in use, however, I’m sure that was just with my room. Overall, very good, would stay again."
