"This was my second time at the hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are excellent. If I was to make one complaint, it would be that doors into the rooms are very heavy and are extremely loud when the close. I was woken twice by neighbouring rooms returning. "Good hotel. Reception not manned 24h so you have to call the receptionist on a mobile number and this wasn't very late at night TBF and he did arrive quite quickly and also became the baramnwhic was handy. The room was very quiet, well equipped it's just the noisy maids and their loud Wigan accents and laughter you have to put up with but not too bad if your NOT wanting a lie in. Over all , great value for money and a very nice hotel in a lovely setting."
