"The main floor is laid out well and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of workspace. We were worried about having space to eat, but were able to fit the 5 of us around the table with no issues. As described the stairs both inside and out are “interesting” but we didn’t have any issues. It was extremely cold and rainy when we arrived but the stairs had been cleared as well as possible and there was plenty of ice melt for us to use the next day when the weather cleared. "The Cottage was very clean. Loft bed was not used, ones we did were comfortable. One thing that would have eliminated some phone calls to owner would be to have a book with information about the expectations upon check in and check out. As well as a few restaurants recommendations . Also a note on how to lock door if you aren’t able to fix. It was a wonderful place once we figured things out, as we were new to the area. And older!"

"This was a great spot to stay with my wife, another couple, and my dog! The house is small - especially downstairs. But it is extremely well thought out and space is used as effectively as can be. Upstairs had 2 good sized bedrooms with king beds and a nicely renovated bathroom with a great shower. The house is located in a small, cute, and a bit of an unusual neighborhood. Very quiet.
