"We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Our dog felt so at home from the minute we arrived which is very unusual for him! He was a rescue dog and now living his best life going on different little trips with us! This cabin was very clean! The hot tub was just what we needed for these extremely cold days! We plan on a return trip to Hocking Hills and plan to stay at this cabin again! Thanks again for for your wonderful cabin!"

"This is a beautiful property, sequestered in relatively neighborless, city-lightless country near Hocking, which our family used to celebrate mom's 70th birthday.The pool was a great diversion and all the rooms were above average in comfort. In a half star system we might give 4 1/2 stars, as neither the gas fireplaces nor the outdoor grill could be made to work, but these issues are more fyi for subsequent guests than a suggestion that they detracted from the happy time that our family had...

"Was good only thing would be helpful is to put right number for address bc when u lose ur internet and go to the numbers u gave its not right as you stated in the vrbo but if I don’t screen shot it I would of had no idea the address was wrong just knew it wasn’t right by the picture !!! So not sure why u even have the other numbers on there ??!!! Can really mess someone up specially because u can’t go back and look without internet!!! "An overall great experience. Small and minimalistic, dont overpack to save space. Extreme heat or cold can be a bit of a challenge with a window AC unit in the summertime and a mounted heater over the bed for the wintertime. For us staying in the winter in 20F temps it was cozy enough with the heater circulating warm air, just close the bathroom door to heat less space. Makes for a fast and cold experience when using the restroom however."

"This place is a lil heaven on earth. We waited a peaceful and relaxing weekend with our dog and that is exactly what we got. The cabin was great. The grounds were awesome and the trails were well thought out and you could tell they put a lot of work into making it so much fun. The hot tub was very relaxing. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy this is definitely the place to go! 10/10. We will be back! "

"The Lodge itself is so beautiful! You are greeted by a cozy fire place entryway, sitting area, and bar. The bar is only open on weekends. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable!! Our room just happened to be right by the employee entry door. The door is heavy and loud and we heard it slam shut all night long and early morning. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. It is less than 5 miles from downtown Nelsonville."
