The view of the mountains was absolutely spectacular and added to the serene atmosphere of the ranch. My grandkids especially loved feeding the sheep and horses, which made the experience even more memorable. Deb and Troy were excellent hosts, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We had an incredible Thanksgiving at their beautiful ranch, and everyone in our family was thrilled to create such special memories there. "The property is remote and beautiful. Plenty big for my large family. It's a beautiful home with a ton of amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the big dining area. It could use a pantry in the kitchen however with some more of the basics like thin foil and Saran wrap. The extra refrigerators were wonderful and the bar downstairs, away from the upstairs bedrooms allowed the adults a place to play while the children slept undisturbed. The toilet in bedroom 6 was broken and the tub didn't drain. There are leaks in one of the on-suite bath sink and shower upstairs as well. We still enjoyed our stay very much."

"Very nice and clean home, located close enough to local town of Divide. Beautiful mountain scenery and wildlife. Definitely glad we had an all wheel drive vehicle as we were there during a significant snow storm. Beautiful sunny days after the storm. Close to Mueller State Park with fantastic hiking."

"This was our second time staying at this property - for a reason. It's a wonderful cabin, secluded, extremely clean and close to everything we want to do. Kyle is an amazing host - very responsive and attentive. My wife and I are already planning our next trip and will be staying here again. We are creatures of habit so when we find a place that is perfect, there's no need to change! Great job, Kyle!"

"This property is immaculately kept, inside and out- clean and organized while remaining cozy and comfortable. Clear instructions for everything were easy to find and easy to follow. We really appreciated the easy check-in/check-out process. Didn't even feel like much of a process! They have everything set up for voice commands, and the wifi was great! But, it's also a perfect place for an unplugged weekend, which is how we used our time. We were lucky enough to arrive after a sizable snow, so sledding conditions were perfect, occupying the kids for hours. This property seemed as if it were chosen with sledding in mind, and the owners provided sleds- what a treat! Then, the hot tub was the best for relaxing after a day of snow play. We particularly liked the set of binoculars left out on the table by the front door. The kids loved watching the deer, birds and stars with them. That was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was well-stocked, the table is just right for board games, the furniture is comfortable, there were more than enough linens/towels for everyone, there was instant hot water, a great deck, all our needs were met before we knew we had them! We honestly couldn't have chosen a better place. So thankful the owners have opened up this place for others to enjoy. And thank you for our souvenir mug! -Olivia"

"Good place to stay. Lots of amenities. Didn't use big bedroom...not a fan of carpet. Did find mice turds on counter. Overall very happy."
