"Spacious room with wonderful amenities! The free breakfast, dinner and complimentary adult beverages were a pleasant surprise. Kiyana and Chelsea at the Teacher’s Lounge bar were accommodating and very friendly. Jeramy at the front desk was also extremely kind and helpful. We loved that the hotel was walking distance to many great bars/restaurants downtown. We will definitely return!! "

"It was very pleasant experience. Clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast is having huge variety of food. They should have more options for parking than valet parking which is 25$ per night."

"It seems like they're in the process of renovating, which is good. A few signs of wear, like older tv's with some issues. Still, the price is right for the level of comfort and service. And it was nice and quiet for a decently busy Friday downtown. Halle building parking across the street is fine, cheaper than valet even if there's a Playhouse Square/arena event going on. "
