Features original hardwood floors, doors, hardware and even original clawfoot tub along with updated modern kitchen and bathrooms. You'll love the elegant dining room that features 1920's inspired wallpaper from Anthropology design.

Take a step back in time--this home stood during so many historical events of the past 100 hundred years. These walls speak to me of times gone by......sitting on the front porch you can almost imagine the milk truck drive by, the newspaper boy riding by to deliver the daily news. Sitting in the dining room, you can almost hear the conversations of over 100 years of history. Enjoy the view from the upstairs living room, where you can almost imagine a horse drawn carriage drive by. Sit in the clawfoot tub with a good book and your favorite beverage. Bluebird bungalow is all about slowing time down and appreciating the finer things in life. Welcome to my home, where time stands still and memories are made.

So many lovely areas to relax in--a main floor TV room, seating area, upstairs media and game room (complete with one-of-a-kind metal games affixed to the wall). Outdoor entertainment areas include a dreamy front porch with porch swing and wicker furniture and a backyard pergola dining area.

Three themed bedrooms on the main floor. "If the shoe fits" is a nod to the fab ruby slippers in the famed Wizard of Oz movie and features a queen bed and smart TV. "You are my Sunshine" and "The Aviator" are adjoining rooms with one Queen in the Sunflower Bedroom and a Full bed in the Aviator room. Main floor tub/shower combo bathroom. Upstairs features an original clawfoot tub bathroom, a spacious bedroom themed "Once upon a Star" with a Queen bedroom and blackout cellular blinds. Excellent home and communication with owner was great. It really is a charming area close to downtown. I appreciate the chance to grill so my only suggestion would be to upgrade to a gas grill, but we are splitting some fine hairs with that feedback. Overall excellent stay.

This host was so thoughtful in how this house was set up and stocked with essentials. The house was decorated very simple but so beautiful. We had the best time there with family. Neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were friendly! Highly recommend, and we stay at a lot of Vrbos.

We had a High School girls weekend and chose this Vbro as our destination. It was perfect for the 9 of us. Very spacious and clean and decorated so nice. Very cute house. Loved the neighborhood and felt very safe. We had a great time and would choose this house again.

Another great stay in this perfect location for my sisters and mom. Spent Halloween there- it was fun to see the trick or treaters in their cute costumes. So glad we had a bunch of candy- even though we ran out of 4 bags of candy. I’ll know better next time! Our hosts are amazing!

A wonderful home in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 6 of us. We especially enjoyed the front porch. Host was wonderful at communicating. My husband left his prescription sunglasses and Jennifer returned them to us by mail. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house for families !!

We loved our stay at this property - plenty of space for two families to spread out and have their own “floor.” Property manager is wonderful and super quick to respond. We felt safe and the house is in a great area. We will 100% rent this again when we return to Wichita to visit families.

Big beautiful home in Riverside

We met up with family for Christmas and needed a place large enough to accommodate the 9 of us plus host Christmas dinner with my parents. It fit the bill. The kitchen had mostly what we needed to prepare meals which was nice although the layout for prep was challenging for more than one person. The beds and couches were comfy and the finishings beautiful. The original floors and woodwork let you know you were in an old home which was lovely.The only negative were the fees which were over 600 for a four night stay so it ended up being very expensive. It was worth the cost to have the entire family together.

This home is just as charming as it looks! It has been very thoughtfully remodeled, so it is super comfy and easy to live in, while retaining it's vintage appeal. The host is wonderful to work with and the neighborhood is full of nice people. Highly recommended! Our blended family came together here for the first time, so it will always be special to us.

House was roomie easy for a group for to stay in and have their own space. We had a work presentation so a lot of common space to work on stuff but then our own private space to stay in neighborhood was quiet. I would certainly recommend this property to others.
