"Very happy with the room, bed comfortable. I really liked the indirect lighting behind the headboard. Breakfast area clean, consistently replenished. I do feel that 10$/day for parking is unnecessary, especially in a quiet season. "

"This was a great hotel. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the river and downtown. Close to the stadium, right on the water. Loved the mid century modern exterior. Room was great- the balcony was so nice to have- loved the ability to have fresh air in the room. Yes the rooms are very 2015 and “outdated” but it was clean. Staff was fantastic. I will stay here again and again. "

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Close to trolley for downtown fun. Plenty of great restaurants in area. Walgreen and CVS right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Offers free breakfast. Will stay here again on my next visit to Saint Augustine."

"The staff was very helpful and couteous. The clerk that checked us in was very knowledgeable and informative. He was positive as if he loved his empliyer. I met another Clerk during breakfast. I liked his serious but gentle way in responding to my question. I did enjoy staying here. My bed was very comfortable. I needed 3 pillows and there were 5. Plenty of covers. We were on vacation. Best stay in a motel in a while. We Will be back as we love St. Augustine Fl. "

"Beautiful hotel and my room was comfortable. I had 2 issues. 1)The mini refrigerator did not keep my groceries cold. I had brought a few dietary items with me. I ended up putting them in the ice bucket. They were cold but wet. The other issue was the check in. I did not realize parking was not included. I drove in circles before going into the garage that was actually the $37 a day parking. There was no bag service. The front was so congested you co9uld not even drive through. No cart to bring...
