"Last minute trip with my partner and dogs Never stayed over in an inn/hotel before with my dogs but had a great first experience with Sunset Hill House. Judy was super helpful before booking, during and at the end of our stay. The room was comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room for my two large dogs to relax comfortably without us stepping on them. Never stayed in an inn before but would definitely stay at SHH again. "

"Spacious suite in a convenient location with access to resort amenities...but in dire need of updates and repairs. The property looks like the misfit child of the Valley surrounded by the other favorites that got first dibs on central HVAC and semi-modern flooring and fixtures throughout. For what it was, it was sufficient for my needs but I would say it was overpriced considering the condition of the property."

"We have stayed here multiple times in all seasons but were a bit disappointed this visit. The bathroom floor was not cleaned (dirt from boots there until I cleaned it) and someone’s (not mine) hair was found two days. We had issues with the coffee machine in the room not working and coffee capsules were not replaced. As we are early risers, waiting until breakfast for coffee was a tough start to a day. Coffee in the foyer like other destinations early on would be great. Breakfast was mediocre...

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

"Excellent stay. Service was excellent and everyone working there are very nice. The only things that need improvement are: Bathroom floor was like stepping on a Ice Glacier. No or little heat in the bathroom. Whirlpool at Main Hotel jets not powerful enough. Restaurant space on a Monday night was very limited as well as choices to dine. "
