"The room we stayed in needs to be updated. The bathroom was extremely small. The bathroom could not have possibly met safety standards. The bedroom floor was extremely slanted to the right of the room and also toward the entry of the room. We moved the bed in an attempt to make it level without much success. There was not an adjustment to the heat system making this room quite warm. We were led to believe that breakfast was inculded in our stay which it was not."

"Spacious suite in a convenient location with access to resort amenities...but in dire need of updates and repairs. The property looks like the misfit child of the Valley surrounded by the other favorites that got first dibs on central HVAC and semi-modern flooring and fixtures throughout. For what it was, it was sufficient for my needs but I would say it was overpriced considering the condition of the property."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

We could use all of the facilities (pools and fitness center as well as the many restaurants and the shuttle bus to the main hotel and to the ski area) at the Hotel Mount Washington. They had a restaurant, so it was very convenient for breakfast and dinner, the food was good and reasonably priced, service was okay as they seemed a bit short staffed.
