Relax in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with hot tub access. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private deck. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. Relax in front of the gas fireplace or BBQ after a day in the mountains. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer.

Location
The Sunpath complex features a superb location. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.

Because of the location of this beautiful home, everything is within walking distance. In the winter time the Resort Municipality of Whistler and BC Transit are offering the free #4 bus from Marketplace to the base of Whistler Mountain - after a long day on the slope why not take the bus home?

Free parking in assigned stall in secure underground parkade. Visitor parking available on first come, first serve basis inside the parkade gates, and is only available for 90 mins.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
⌂ Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 5th, 6th, and 7th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.

We stayed here with 3 adults, 3 kids and a dog and there was more than enough room for all of us. Walking distance to the village and lifts. Very easy check in and check out. Everything was in good working order and clean. Will return soon!!!

Perfect homeaway
Perfect location, 2 mins walking to fresh market. Quiet side of building. Unit have everything you need, well stocked kitchen. Can basically fit maximum 7 people in there, but since we have 4 only, kids don't need to sleep on sofabed anymore.

Nice place and convenient location
Place was cozy and location was great. The only negative was how slippery the pool area was. It was like walking on a Teflon coated surface. My four year old was walking, slipped and fell backwards and hit her head pretty hard. Kind of a scary moment. Other than that, we would stay here again!

Great location!
Perfect place for a weekend or week in Whistler. A convenient location close to the village. The place is clean and comes with all of the amenities that we could ask for when staying in Whistler. Having a full kitchen was great as it gave us the opportunity to eat most meals at home. Love the place and will definitely be back again.
