"This was our last stop on a four day cross country trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. Staff was absolutely wonderful. I had dropped our key in the checkout box and then realized I left my med holder. No one is there at 5 am lol, but I was able to message them and have them dispose of it for me. "

"Rooms are basic but clean.Hot breakfast is also basic but good enough to start the day and the dining area is clean and spacious. But the one thing that really stood out for us was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. We checked in late around 10pm, we were tired from a very long drive, and there were 2 groups of people also checking in before us, the lady at the front desk was fast & efficient and yet was very welcoming as she chatted a bit with each group while doing the check-ins. I think her name is Sunny and it set the tone for our stay. Area is quiet, there’s not much around within the immediate vicinity, but we stayed in this hotel to explore Redding and Shasta area and I think it’s pretty good location. Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again."
