"I stayed here for close to a month in january, had a great time. The area is beautiful, the cabin was warm and comfortable even in the middle of january once i had the woodstove going, very nice quiet area. You won't see a single person anywhere near the cabin, it was pretty secluded and extremely private, but still reasonably close to some small towns. The hike up to the cabin is awesome, you cross several small creeks through a beautiful forest, there were tracks everywhere from deer, rabbits,...

"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. "The house was is in a great location. Our biggest complaint was that the listing said two bathrooms and there is only 1 1/2. Further, the 1/2 bath in the basement is very noisy as it uses some special pump. The house has plenty of bedrooms, a nice big yard and the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc."

"Had a great Long weekend here with my Fiancé and our Best Friends. Great Property. It snowed all weekend and we were happy to be “stuck” in the cabin. Hanging out in the hot tub, grilling good food and chilling being warm by the fire. Honestly would recommend just bringing a bunch of food to stock the fridge and hanging up the keys for the duration of your stay. "Loved it! The isolation is exactly what we needed. I enjoyed keeping the wood stove going and checking on the solar and generator personally. Would recommend to anyone to listen to John's directions exactly...dont trust your gps(although we found Google Maps and Waze to work perfect)..the cabin is on a dead end private road in the mountains...our friends found that apple maps sent them down a snow mobile trail, luckily a wrecker was able to get to them and tow them out.
