"I Love this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I utilized the FREE charger for my electric car, the only complaint is that the 1 spot for the charger was kind of tight with other vehicles on each side to where you could barely open your door to get out. Happy they had a charger, and I will be back to the hotel again. "

"The staff at The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina is nothing short of amazing! I had spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he was so helpful and pleasant. The woman that checked us in was a doll! The young man that checked us out was super nice. These 3 individuals should give Customer Service lessons to the industry! That alone made our stay wonderful! The room was clean, nice amenities, beautiful view. We're looking forward to staying again!"
