Holiday inn staff said third party booker (Expedia) dont always do what they are told and Expedia did not book the right "code" room for the queen with extra room. Holiday ins first room they gave to us was filled with holiday supplie."

"Had a fantastic experience at the hotel with special thanks to Tony and the general manager. Due to the time difference from where we came from, my 3 young children were wide awake by 4am and I was doing my best to keep them entertained and quiet for the other guests, when Tony offered to open up the breakfast hall so we could sit somewhere other than the lobby. He turned on cartoons, brought out coloring supplies, and even some small snacks. Really appreciate everyone going above and beyond. I had no expectation of these extra accommodations so it really stuck with me. Thank you, Comfort Inn! We'll be back for sure."
