"Great space, quiet and relaxing. The hostess was very responsive. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, we loved the decor. We brought our GSD with us, he loved the spacious yard. The back yard was beautiful with a great swimming pool and hot tub. Would definitely come back."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Hosts are very considerate, every detail was taken care of. Prepare for a true ranch life with animals, beautiful country setting. House is a gem of true ranch vibe. Working piano, guitar, TV.Very comfortable amenities, full kitchen and clean bathrooms. Enjoyed jacuzzi and a night fire.We wil be back."

"Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome...

"Nice beach house for families . Our grandkids loved all the toys and especially the air hockey game in the garage. Lots of beach stuff for everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped. The host provided cookies tha was a hit!! "

"Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) Very nice location for a family getaway. Definitely...

"We liked the neighborhood and the ease of access to the freeway. It was nice having three private bedrooms. The wifi was good. Nice and close to Trader Joes for sundry items. Off street parking was an advantage. Nothing fancy, though. Just a basic house with basic furnishings. "
