This beach house features 4 bedrooms, with a large 2nd floor master suite haven with direct ocean and bay sunset views. The open floor plan will make for a perfect summer vacation! This house offers you: First master suite with king bed with breathtaking views of ocean and bay from two balconies, second master suite with king bed and separate entrance, bedroom 3 with queen bed, bedroom 4 with two twin beds. House has three full bathrooms. This house also has an ocean side pool and barbecue to enjoy the full amenities of seaside life on the beach in the Hamptons. Professionally maintained and cleaned. Private boardwalk to private beach. Large decks on ocean and bay side for your enjoyment. 3/10 of a mile from life-guarded public beach option with live music and food. New kitchen with granite counter tops and updated bathrooms.

Great Stay!
Perfect vacation home! The house is clean, a great size and has everything guests need (beach chairs & towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The beachfront location is gorgeous. Ed and his house manager were fantastic hosts - fast, easy communication from the day I booked through the end of the stay. I can't wait to go back to this beach gem!

Traveling with family and dog... private walk to the beach, stylish but simple, comfortable beds, clean and organized, responsive management... 2 bedrooms downstairs, one entire 2nd floor master bedroom / entertaining space upstairs, and an attached 'cottage' king studio that is attached to the main house.

From the beginning of our trip until the end we were in heaven. The location was perfect and the house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy al fresco dining each night. Our group spent the day between the heated pool and the beach and we were close enough to town for a bit of shopping. Cant wait to return! Definitely a five star experience! Thank you for having us.

My family and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks of beach bliss. Everything about the experience was fabulous! The house is lovely; roomy, clean, updated, and has everything one would need! The location is amazing, and the views are stunning. The master bedroom suite is outstanding- the deck provides unparalleled vistas of the beach and ocean. Sabrina was always responsive to any needs, and the homeowner was very easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect. 5 stars all the way!!!!

LOVED every second of our family vacation at this beautiful property located right on the beach. We were 6 adults and one child, aged 2. The home was comfortable and clean. The owner and property manager were both there upon our arrival. We spent most days in the pool and since it is close to the public beach with live music, we headed there for entertainment. We grilled and ate outdoors most nights enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the bay from the front of the house. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We would definitely rent here again. The owner and manager were very available for any questions that we had.

Absolutely stunning
This home is even better than the pictures! The house is clean, with bright and airy interiors. What really makes this a memorable stay is the location right on the beach. The beach was quiet with only a few private homeowners using it. And the State beach is just a short walk away with life guards and great surfing. The pool on property is also an added bonus. We can't wait to go back

A perfect respite.
We enjoyed our time at the beach house very much. The communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The check in was easy and the house was exactly as advertised. The house is exactly as described in photos, but the view is even better in person! From the upstairs master, there is a panoramic view of the ocean. The house was perfectly laid out for our family, even with a bedroom separate to allow for some privacy. We had a great week at the home, my kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool! We hope to return next summer!

Our family had a great beach getaway at Edward’s beautiful beachfront property. The location is amazing, with stunning views of the ocean from the master bedroom. The heated pool was great for keeping the kids occupied as well. Highly recommended.

This property is just as advertised, with a fantastic location and all the amenities you could ask for on a Hamptons beach vacation. The house is casual and super comfortable, with plenty of room and great open views of the beach, ocean and bay. Bright, airy rooms, flexible sleeping arrangements, with several balconies and porches for hanging out, eating and entertaining in style. The owner is very responsive, friendly and helpful. He made the whole experience fast and easy. Would definitely consider staying here again. This place is a winner!
