"Staff was great. Facilities were excellent. We found at check-in a piece of dirty dental floss on the shower soap tray. Not a big deal but this is a downtown hotel charging a not budget price. I know good help is hard to find these days but somebody should be checking the room after it is readied for a new guest. The front desk was told, the manager and housekeeper came to look and all was well…except, after they left, I found that there was hair in the corner next to the shower. Perhaps...

"This is the place to stay if you’re going to OHSU. Close to the hospital but easy to get downtown by trolley or bus. We had a nice king suite which was comfortable and had a kitchenette with stovetop and microwave for making light meals. "

"The shower caddy was caulked to the wall instead of a proper mount, it fell down. Otherwise the stay was great for the visit, staff was very helpful and friendly and we’ll be back!"
