West Twin Provincial Park and Protected Area Tours and Activities

I liked the separate entrance and they had fairly good outside security lights, but did not light up when we needed them to all the time. They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Not going to be using that on my BOD.

Overall this property is not what I expected based on other reviews. One elevator was not working, the room was only in okay condition, the hot tub was extremely small and the hotel is a long walk to the lifts. I would definitely stay at several other properties before staying here.

The room was nice and clean and well-appointed. The shower head is mounted left of centre, so expect to bang your elbows on the shower door when washing your hair. The pillows are also very high and hard. I would have preferred a softer, feather option. I took a walk around, and the grounds looked more like an abandoned property. The shrubs are all overgrown and there was garbage everywhere. So essentially, nobody has done any clean-up or maintenance in many months. Also beware, there is no restaurant on premise, just microwaveable food!
