"The property is rundown, not well kept there were cigarette burns in the bedspread the curtains the tub. There was one towel in my room no washcloths there was no staff at the front desk to ask for more. The main security door was unlocked at 11:30. the room was half cleaned if at all when I arrived"

"For the price, this hotel really can’t be beat. Room rates generally are under 100 a night. The property is showing some signs of aging, such as scuffs on walls older furniture with some chips, but you can tell that it is still cleaned and maintained well by the staff. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. The rooms themselves are spacious. The staff is extremely friendly. Check in is easy. The front desk will make eye contact and greet you as you come and go from the lobby. I never require much assistance, but if I needed something, I got the impression that I would be taken care of and at the end of the day, the impression of helpfulness is just as important as the help itself. FOR THE PRICE…the value is there for a comfortable, clean hotel with a great staff and breakfast. "
