"I had to wait over an hour to check in because the first room they put me in was not clean. There was some confusion as to finding clean rooms. I also had no hot water to shower two of the days I was there. The staff tho was very kind and super awesome. We came for a football tournament and the team was staying across the street at the Laguna Beach Christian Retreat. Super convenient to walk to!
