This lovely 3bed/ 2bath/ is located in West Palm Beach Fl. Hot tub, cl to Beach.

This Luxury single family home with pool and spa is exquisitely decorated with pebbles in the front entrance. On the inside, the property is neatly in painted with different colors; and the ceiling is elevated with elegant crown molding. This property is a quick trip to the best that Palm Beach has to offer. It is also a convenience at every turn with easy access to Downtown, I–95, the Florida Turnpike, nearest bus stop, city place and the airport.
                                                                                                             
The three-bedroom and two bathrooms home contains a nice kitchen, a spacious dining room, a beautiful living-room and a laundry room for your convenience.  

Amenities in this home include: wi-fi access in the entire house, central air-conditioned, a sport area and a nice furnished patio in the back yard for your comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, a Range, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave and a refrigerator. The kitchen is ready for all your cooking and baking needs, including pots, pans and silverware.
 
The dining room is a large area furnished with an elegant wooden dining furniture which is made of an eight-chairs with table and China set. It is also equipped with a 50” smart TV to enjoy the news or your favorite TV show while eating your meals.
The first two master bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, two bed-side tables, dressers and mirror. They also have a smart TV each. There is a full bath in one of the master bedrooms and a shower to accommodate the other 2 bedrooms.

Such caring hosts

We had a comfortable stay at Mathel and Mar and were bowled over by the generosity of our hosts. They really went above and beyond to make sure we would have everything we need. As others have mentioned, they so thoughtfully stocked the fridge and left a fruit basket, which we enjoyed each morning. My husband and son had some very nice swims. We discovered the abundant supply of pool towels and floats right before we left, so be sure not to miss those like we did. Thank you for everything!!

From the outset, the hosts were extraordinary. A fruit and wine basket welcomed us! The house was clean and comfortable and the yard perfect to enjoy the weather. I wish the week didn’t go by so quickly but I would gladly rent this home again as well tell others about it.

Perfect house for our stay

A friend and I shared this house as we competed in a croquet tournament at the National Croquet Center only 20 minutes away. The refrigerator was stocked with all sorts of food and drink along with a nice fruit basket. Wow! Our host certainly distinguished himself in his generosity! This property was in a nice neighborhood near a school. We felt safe at all times. It has a pool and hot tub in the back however we were too busy to take advantage of them. One nice thing about this property is that it is north of the airport and noise from planes was minimal to non existent. I’ve stayed in VRBOs east of the airport and there was almost constant air traffic overhead. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. If we’re back next year, I’ll be looking to rent this house again. It was a good value. Thank you, Mathel!

Very clean property. Best stocked home I have every rented. Fruit basket / wine basket upon arrival. Refrigerator stocked with essentials. Huge number of towels to use along with many other items like toiletries on top of the stocked kitchen pots, pans, plates, glasses. spices, 3 different types of coffee, creamers, and many many more. Only small issue was the hot tub not getting over 95 degrees for 3 of the 5 days. Never found out WHY it didn not heat up the other days. I would definitely recommend and wiould stay there again.

The refrigerator was full of goodies and they had a fruit basket with wine. Lots of people have left toiletries behind and that was useful! The house was very clean and comfortable. There is a pool table. There is an above ground pool and jacuzzi. This is the house I'll stay in for my Palm Beach stays! Close to everything

Best VRBO Host

We arrived to find the home exactly as described and spotless. The AC was set at a comfortable 74 degrees and there was a thank you note with a basket of fruit and wine. The note included instructions to enjoy all the food in the fridge that had been provided just for us! We found bagels, muffins, cookies, OJ, beer, wine, sodas and everything for our morning coffee. This was just amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were all cozy. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with any items we may have forgotten. The kitchen was spotless and the appliances looked brand new. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I would not hesitate to book this property again or any other property owned by this host. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay so much!

The property was very nice. There was substantial food and drink stocked at the house. The fruit basket was fantastic. The additional food ( eggs, muffins and croissants) were a pleasant surprise. The drinks, alcohol and orange juice was another pleasant surprise. The hot tub was nice. It was a little early for the pool but it looked inviting. I would recommend this property. I also loved the fluffy dog.

Really clean and fully stocked! The hosts had lots of goodies for us! Fruit, juices, eggs, and croissants. The beds are really comfortable and it’s a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great outdoor space with hot tub and pool and grill. Lovely neighborhood.

This property was wonderful to stay in and exceptionally clean. The outdoor space was great to sit and relax and enjoy the company of family. There was little problem that the property manager addressed and fixed immediately. They supplied the fixings for a great breakfast and the hot tub and new pool are an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Far Exceeded Expectations!

Beautiful, clean, well-supplied accommodations. Host was super responsive when we had questions. We were delighted when arriving very late that we had no problems getting in and found snacks, treats, and even a generous breakfast for the next day waiting for us in the clean refrigerator. Coffee, tea, creamer, juice, fresh fruit, baked goods - just like a real BnB! Plus, sunscreen and shampoos which we could not bring by airplane. We were treated like friends of the family. Fantastic!!!
