Welcome to our beautiful home located right next to downtown! Our prime location offers easy access to restaurants, vibrant nightlife, & exciting arts & culture events. Whether you're in the mood for a delicious meal, live music, or a theater show, you'll find it all just steps away. Plus, our short distance to the beach means you can soak up the sun & sand in no time. If you're looking to indulge in high-end shopping, you're in luck - plenty of options nearby. The property has a Ring doorbell camera, a camera looking at the garage's exterior, a camera looking at the side gate entrance, and a camera overlooking the pool/bbq area. Cameras are used for the safety of guests and in cases of emergency. Recordings are deleted every 30 days. Only host has access to recordings.

Property was nice and clean. Pool was warm and fun. Had some unresolved plumbing issues in the kitchen and master bath. Renter worked with us to try and solve the problems.

Golf trip
Booked this home in Palm Beach for a 5 day golf trip. Each of us had our own bedroom. Very comfortable. Very clean. Our host Stepan was very responsive when it came to recommending places to shop for groceries, etc. I would strongly consider re-booking next time I’m in the area.

Fun stay, great heated pool and location!
We had an amazing stay at Stephan’s place. It was a great location, the pool was heated perfectly, and there was plenty of room! The beds were comfy, there was a closet in every room which was nice to be able to put the luggage in to tidy up. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The layout is comfortable and the public area allowed all of us to spend time together. Beds were super comfortable except for the primary bed. The furniture was roomy and comfortable. There was ample space to share meals, counter seating for quick bites or to visit with the chief while preparing meals. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The dog area is adorable. The washer and dryer worked well. The yard was nice and the location convenient for all the wedding activities, shopping and driving to the beach.

Overall a good place to stay. Would’ve liked the pool to be a little more cleaner, but loved it was heated. I could nitpick, but that would be pointless. Would recommend to others for sure and would stay there again.

Very responsive owner
To start we moved our dates at the last minute and the owner was incredibly accommodating. While at the property which was very clean and comfortable indoors we were pleased. However the garbage disposal did not work and caused a backup in the sink. This created a significant problem as we were hosting family for thanksgiving that we had come 1200 miles for. It was unable to be fixed for the holiday and caused a great amount of work to clean the dishes and all of the items for the holiday dinner. It really put a bad spin on the whole trip. Mechanical items do fail but I really feel that the host could have been a bit more understanding considering it was the holiday week. As for the pool it was very nice but the entire pool area was infested with ants. I get it’s south Florida but this condition definitely needs to be addressed. The pool toys and inflatables were old and had multiple holes and need to be replaced as well. The property looked as advertised but definitely needs more care and attention. The pool pump also leaks and causes a very dangerous and slippery area that we needed to go through to walk our dog I. The grass area. It was very slippery and hazardous and had us concerned for small kids in the area on the holiday.

Clean, great location, great communication
We arrived on Sunday evening and stayed until Saturday morning. I had questions about some things during our stay and the host was quick to reply back and communication was great! The pool was clean, and warm, we always felt safe in the neighborhood. A short drive to the beach and everything we went to,go to, made this a great location.

Great stay at Casita!
We had a great stay at Casita! House was immaculate. Pool was nice. Pool furniture lacked cushions & there were no beach towels at house to use - therefore couldn't sit on HOT furniture. Also, plan to purchase dish soap & trash bags. We found that the house was equipped properly - but lacked some of the little extras that are needed. Overall, we had a wonderful time! Good how for a group.
First I will say, that the cleaning crew forgot to clean this house. Luckily I contacted the manager right away. Stepen was so apologetic and responded very quickly. The house is large enough for a big group. It’s close to all of the downtown activities without the noise.

We were a big family looking for something accommodating which was but it is a bit pricey for the location. The pool is heated but in this summer heat maybe lowering the heat would’ve been great it felt like a hot tub. It was 7 adults and 3 toddlers and it accommodated all of us comfortably we understand the cameras but it was a bit weird seeing it turn on while we are in the pool with the kids. Great stay would recommend would stay again if it wasn’t so pricey

WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
By far the WORST experience I've ever had on VRBO. Until this property I've had nothing but 5 star reviews for and from all the rentals I've stayed. After a 2 hour train ride from Orlando we were completely blindsided by the condition of the rental compared to what the photos in the listing showed. Photos were definitely from months or even years ago. everything was dirty and damaged. We were so disgusted we immediately checked out. Then had to scramble to find a hotel to stay for the weekend. Contacted VRBO and the owner to let them know how disappointed we were in the conditions. Owner tried to blame it on his cleaning staff. Which was a complete lie. One room had a ceiling fan that didn't work. Back patio door didn't lock. And pool furniture was damaged and unusable. All of which had nothing to do with the cleaning staff. Tried to be nice and ask for at least one of the two days reimbursed. Been avoiding calls from us and VRBO. Total shame. This owner needs to be banned from VRBO or any rental site completely. So be warned. Ask for recent photos if you dare book this property.

I spent two nights with coworkers to attend a meeting at the convention center. The house was as advertised, but… There was a loud banging noise that seemed to be plumbing related at 3am. My coworkers were woken up and startled. I slept through the noise the first night, but did reach out to the owner. He said it must be the sprinkler system and it is not scheduled to go on on your second night, so shouldn’t be a problem. I was not convinced that this was the issues and 3am on our second night it happened again. The noise was very LOUD and lasted 5 - 10 minutes. This is a major issue and unfortunately I would not recommend.
