Nice property overall, the room was pretty spacious for New York standards. Restaurant was pretty good!

Very beautiful area. The rooms are a little worn down but clean. Unfortunately our run was I’ve cold with no heat on. We turned it on but it took hours before it started getting warm. Great indoor pool and gym. Great restaurant next door but make reservations! Would definitely come back, but in the Spring

This is always a GREAT place for Christmas time. Best service, location and accommodations.

The heat did work for 3 of the 7 nights we stayed. This was brought to the attention of the staff on Sunday morning. It was not addressed until Monday after repeated visits to the front desk. The heat went out again on Friday night - we did not bother notifying as we came in late on our last night there. Room temp without heat was about 60 degrees. Parking was not convenient, often necessitating a long walk to a hotel entrance. The first night we stayed there was significant noise in the courtyard and hall until midnight, possibly associated with a wedding. There was also a noticeable odor of cigar smoke in the hall at that time. I would suggest avoiding a ground floor room if this is an issue for you. We will likely use this hotel again though. When the HVAC works and the guests are more considerate, the accomodations are nice, albeit a bit pricey.
