"The property was clean new and no issues, beds were comfortable, the cons were there was no toaster, no big pot to make a family pasta dinner, just small pots, only 5 keurigs of coffee that didn’t even give my husband and I two cups a piece, and I didn’t really like that we only had one towel and facecloth per person, so we had to reuse everything the next night. "The host had spent a lot of time on making the house inviting and comfortable. We were in the area on business and had a long day of travel and meetings. He allowed us to check in as soon as we made it to the property although it was a little early. The area was quiet considering a "big city". We would definitely stay again if the property were available, and we were in the area on business."

"I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next...
