"The property is 25-30 minutes away from the airport. The area is not good at all. The property is very run down. The pictures must be from many years ago. The towels are poor quality. Stains on the room carpet. Cab to the airport costs 25 pounds and you have to order in advance. Breakfast is cafeteria style. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing. The front dest is on the second floor and they have to buzz you in! This is more like Motel 6! more like 1 or 2 star hotel. "

"This hotel was very comfortable. I stayed whilst commuting to work and it is just a short walk to the tube station. What stood out was the high quality amenities and bathroom suite. The hotel had a luxury feel and I felt comfortable and peaceful in the room. Overall a pleasant stay and will be sure to make this my regular stay for work trips in London or even as a couples trip. "

"Basic but clean room. Nice to have water provided. Would definitely stay again, great location to get a bus for an early flight. Our room was at the back of the hotel, so very quiet. "

"The staff, interior, rooms, bar, restaurant and breakfast were excellent. To make this a across-the-range 5-star would be to offer a shuttle bus to the terminals for staff. Even at a small cost. Thanks - will be staying again soon. "
